Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days if the given item is in stock. For items that are not in stock, our team will contact you to advise you on an ETA. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For most of our customers we Auspost tends to be the cheapest and most commonly used shipping method.
We do offer couriers as a secondary option for larger items as Auspost will not ship items that exceed 120cm.
Generally, Auspost can deliver to a location within 3-4 days depending on where you are.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
